The global warming debate is over?
This video from John Stossel explains exactly how I feel about the global warming debate. Is the earth warmer? Sure. But is it caused by man? Not so sure.

You know, Ryan, seeing my "name" up so many times on the right [isn't THAT an oxymoron?] sode of your home page, I'm sometimes tempted to use something else, or just plain shut up on occasion [I can hear the Alleluia Chorus loud and clear on that one], but that would be a bit of subterfuge I'm not comfortable with.
Anyway, just wanted you to know that after watching the video you posted, I am nudged ever so slightly in the direction of a more open mind concerning whether or not the debate over global warming (at least the human causation part) is really over. I think it was seeing the frisky non-drowned polar bears that tipped me over the edge.
It really ties in, I think, with the whole set of questions on truth and how one finds it that you've explored in both the scientific and spiritual realm. I'll write more a bit later [chorus abruptly stops singing here] but for now, just let me say that it's also raised another important question: Will the rest of the NFL season after two back-to-back losses signal an irrevocable slide into the abyss....and what is really causing it....injuries, the return of Peyton's clutching under pressure? Are all the ESPN sports talking heads really unanimous on this? We MUST get our priorities sorted out here.

Maybe those 19,000 OTHER scientists that DON'T follow Gore around are onto something after all. They don't buy into this.
I think it's cyclical myself.."we" just nudge it along a bit with our technology.
;)
